Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear securely in its original designer case and packaging, ensuring all cleaning cloths, certificates of authenticity, and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return box, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
